"Lotus Lake" together build on an 18 acres of large space in two phases Phase-1 in around 3+ acres and Phase-2 is 14+ acres. 

The project started after continuous research for about 6 years we found this location as interesting place to build our first 

dream project “Lotus Lake” which is going to be developed with high-class amentias to cater to the people working in the 

neighboring industries. We are mostly targeting people with white-collar jobs to come and live in our project. If you are not 

working in those neighboring industrial areas (3 Industrial area within 0.7 km to 3 kms form our project) but yet you want 

to invest in our project, we guarantee you that your investment will be doubled within 3 years. Along with Software and 

Electronic Chip design companies, the industrial area primarily built for Manufacturing, Apparel, Pharmaceutical, Automobile, 

Infra Development, Biotechnology, Energy, and Natural Power, Bio Solar companies etc. .
